EB-5 Investment Green
Card (Traditional Direct Program)

Permanent
Residency/Green Card Program
�
Investor may
purchase or start a Non-Passive Business
�
Investor may invest
into an existing business.
�
The Investment must
be at least $1,000,000 or $500,000 in qualifying
locations
�
Non-Passive,
Investor must manage the business
�
The Investment must
create at least 10 new direct U.S. jobs
�
Conditional Green
Card will be issued to the investor, spouse and children
Under 21
�
Once job creation is
documented, conditions are removed from your Green Card.
EB-5 Investment Green
Card (Regional Center Program)
�
Permanent
Residency/Green Card Program
�
Investor invests
into a USCIS approved Regional Center and/or a
Business/Project sanctioned by the Regional Center
�
If made in a high
unemployment area or targeted employment area (TEA), the
qualified investment need only be $500,000
�
More Passive,
Investor must manage the business on a very limited
basis and they need not live near the business
�
The Investment must
create at least 10 new direct and/or indirect U.S. jobs
�
The 10 jobs can be
satisfied using indirect jobs created by the general
economic activity generated by the Project
�
Conditional Green
Card immediately available to the investor, spouse and
children under 21 once investment is made
�
Once job creation is
documented after 21 to 24 months, conditions are removed
from your Green Card and you are a permanent
resident in the United States.
